1. Prepress

2. The Press Run
Your project is moved to our professional Offset Presses. Using the industry-standard CMYK process (and custom Pantone colors if requested), we transfer ink onto high-quality paper. This stage is where your design gains its rich, vibrant depth and professional finish.
3. Folding & Gathering
Once the ink is set, your large printed sheets are precision-folded into sections called “signatures.” These signatures are then gathered and stacked in the correct order, forming the internal “block” of your book or magazine.
4. Binding & Finishing
This is where your project gets its structure. Whether you choose a sleek Perfect Bound spine or a practical Saddle Stitch, we secure your pages to the cover. Finally, we perform a “three-knife trim” to ensure every edge is crisp, clean, and perfectly aligned.
